| 2024-12-19 |  |  | The new upgrade has made this app demote itself. 1. They have removed the order history. I now duplicate the request as I forget that I have already ordered. 2. The upgrade also removed all the upto dates. 3. You receive a text, 'your order is likely to be ready'. What does it mean? Is it ready or not. 4. They give you a phone number that dues after some rings. It seems to me that the non technical people are employed there. No place to press submit. |

| 2024-10-04 |  | | The thing is,I thought I was dealing with superdrug only to find out later that it is Heathera, which has many such apps on playstore. Not the end of the world if it worked. If you don't have to edit your orders or change notifications and / or alarms, then once you get the info in, it might be OK. If you need to do any editing at all, then that's when it all goes wrong. The alarms stopped, notifications stopped, delivery / order dates were lost. The Lloyd's app had it right,but alas gone now. |

| 2024-09-15 |  | | I have to say the Pharmacist Sara at walthamstow Superdrug is outstanding, she always gives the best advice. I recently went to her about a condition concerning the area around my eyes, I had been suffering on and off for months even a trip to the GP did not help me. But Sara was amazing and with her advice and recommendation the problem was finally sorted. I also have to mention the Assistant Anjana, she is so approachable and ever so helpful. |
| 2024-08-19 |  | | Doctor sent a prescription to these clowns, unfortunately they do not send anything until you also manually type in the name of the medications and dose ( which you probably won't know if it's a first script) and place an order. None of this is explained. Why isn't your new medicine at least added to the list of orderable items. Completely farcical and quite possibly dangerous for the less tech savvy that may need important medicine quickly. |
| 2024-07-28 |  | | Simply trying to order my prescription but so confusing and there seems to be no concern by the staff that essential medication is sent. Today I still thought that I had a delivery on order only to receive a message saying that it was time to order. Why can't they design the app to say 'yes, your order is confirmed' then update you on its progress rather than going silent and telling you to order again and again? |
