The new upgrade has made this app demote itself. 1. They have removed the order history. I now duplicate the request as I forget that I have already ordered. 2. The upgrade also removed all the upto dates. 3. You receive a text, 'your order is likely to be ready'. What does it mean? Is it ready or not. 4. They give you a phone number that dues after some rings. It seems to me that the non technical people are employed there. No place to press submit.

N Mohamed, 2024-12-19I've been using the app for a couple of years and it's a very convenient way of re-ordering prescriptions. Lately though the order 'completed' option has gone. Any ideas ?
