Hidden fees an when you pay full amount they turn around and say you still owe.. when they say "we applied credit" they are lying pretty much what you have to pay is the credit an if you pay early they will find something else to charge you with smh your best bet is to go for txu or other major companies at least they'll tell tell you up front what they gonna charge hidden fees and all. Customer service just reads off a script an agree with what ever you say just to get you off the phone
