2025-02-04 | They lie about your usage every week, and no matter how many times you put your card information in to pay online, it always gives you some sort of error message, so you can never pay your bill on the app or the website. No matter how many times you tell any member of staff that their online bill pay services do not work, they will PRETEND to help you, and ignore your request to fix it. Even when you pay over the phone, you don't get a confirmation!! FRONTIER UTILITIES IS A GARBAGE COMPANY! | ||
