2025-01-07 | App doesn't work. I have to keep reinstalling for it to log me in one time. The next time I try to log in, it crashes. I called the support staff on three different occasions, and they can't figure out why it's not working. | ||
2024-12-30 | I like it. I'm able to make payments pretty easily. I can transfer funds on my own. I can keep a close eye on my accounts. I wish there was a little more detail for payment history tho or if my card gets locked. Other than that, I think it runs pretty smooth for those of us who have a difficult time navigating during online experiences. | ||

The business locations are all very clean and welcoming in special thanks to all their incredible staff memebers. 2024-07-19 | This app is garbage. Constantly down giving generic errors that don't truly apply. Never any recognition from the company that their app is experiencing issues or will be down, etc. This is so frustrating when all you want to do is see YOUR funds. Not okay! Fix these constant issues already! | ||
2024-07-08 | This bank bought out my old one, and now I have to use their mobile app, which is completely worthless. It doesn't provide the user with any of their banking information you might need (even though it is username AND password protected) and I keep having to drive all the way to the bank just to deposit checks, because the mobile deposit system has some kind of limit on it, unlike the old one. But alas, this is all I have. Also, the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. | ||

It would be nice to be able to cancel or request a cancel of a transaction or dispute a withdrawal from the app. Then again, that would result in even less customer service interaction. You can't find any of your account info there's nothing saying how to see it. And it won't let me save my password so I have to keep it in my clipboard to copy and paste it. Too complicated for these developers, apparently. Can't activate a replacement card through the app, though it's supposed to be a feature. This institution seems to be a LARGE step backwards for the customers of Blackhawk Bank. |
