App doesn't work. I have to keep reinstalling for it to log me in one time. The next time I try to log in, it crashes. I called the support staff on three different occasions, and they can't figure out why it's not working.

I like it. I'm able to make payments pretty easily. I can transfer funds on my own. I can keep a close eye on my accounts. I wish there was a little more detail for payment history tho or if my card gets locked. Other than that, I think it runs pretty smooth for those of us who have a difficult time navigating during online experiences.
