If the (now) classic Midfirst app was an exercise in trying to create the least useful banking app imaginable, this one has somehow managed even more success towards that goal. Apparently I can't sign in with my old credentials, the folks at the bank said I have to re-enroll, so I tried that and even before getting to a username select screen, it's stopping the process with a "that username is taken" error preventing me from accessing anything. Terrible experience so far.

Same problem that existed with the old app for years. Have to re-enroll my phone EVERY single time I try to open the app. Every. Single. Time. Biometrics don't do anything. I've wiped data from the app and set it up from scratch a dozen times. This is unacceptable.
