Every time something clears my account, I get a notification that someone has accessed my account successfully. Why?

Kimmy Adams, 2024-08-10Wonderful bank, app is lack luster. Despite logging in multiple times a month, you have to log in at least once a month to keep active, the app errors out every 3 months. Even going to the online version yields same result. This forces user to go in bank or wait a month for the app to "forget" credentials. I don't mind the basic functions of the app, I just wish it was more user friendly and would stop crashing! No amount of uninstall/install helps! So frustrating!
