The app is simple but ok. However I made a loan payment with the app on the due date but it was late in the evening & on a Sunday so it didn't show as going through until days later when the payment cleared. Now when my most recent bill came in the mail my payment due is $20 more than usual, which is the amount of a late fee but in my loan activity on the app it doesn't show a late fee. I don't like the app's lack of transparency for fees or that it charged a late fee at all when I paid that day
