Haven't been able to use. It won't load

Not a big fan of the app. It let's you make a payment towards your policy, but doesn't update your payment history so that you don't get overcharged. No matter what payment you've made, you still get charged the full amount and get overcharged. You are pretty much required to wait on auto pay which I usually hate because it is required if you want discounts. Terrible app.
