I have only been with them 1 month. They are the cheapest I have found, and yes I shopped around. Farmers is even cheaper than progressive insurance. I got full coverage for the same or lower price as my liability was. I would much rather have full coverage.

App doesn't keep auto-pay info correctly. My wife's card was changed and I updated the auto-pay feature with the new card info. I deleted the old info and the payment was returned. This happened like 3 months in a row and now I can't update auto-pay info for a full year?! What the hell Farmer's?
