| 2025-02-04 |  | | I have only been with them 1 month. They are the cheapest I have found, and yes I shopped around. Farmers is even cheaper than progressive insurance. I got full coverage for the same or lower price as my liability was. I would much rather have full coverage. |

I deleted the old info and the payment was returned. This happened like 3 months in a row and now I can't update auto-pay info for a full year?! What the hell Farmer's? |

Sam is always sending me a renewal the month before it is due. I appreciate this because my landlord always claims I've never submitted my renewal copy. In fact, I had already submitted the policy and received an automated response that my transaction was completed. This morning I received an email reminding me my renewal was due and said to submit a copy of policy. |

It's also been a great help when I had to submit a claim for windshield damage and replacement when I was traveling. Everything is kind of built into the app. |
