Why can't I download statements. Also, transactions I do on 151 won't show on app history, they should be synced considering that 151 only shows recent 4 transactions

I cant log in. It keeps on saying OTP send but they dont send. Its now a week trying to login but to no avail. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app bt still get the same resend. No OTP send. Im frustrated
