Three orders in a row failed to get to my home without missing something or quality control issues, and customer service's answer to everything is credits. They do not hold their drivers accountable for the orders not arriving or going to the wrong address. Also, I was never given the option to add edits to my items. I would not recommend it, and I will only be using UberEats moving forward. They are trying to continue to charge me for a DoorDash pass despite canceling the subscription.

Justin Bangle, 2025-01-22A lot of times contents of the order are out of stock but in the store it's in stock. While the dasher is shopping and they mention that the item is out of stock, if I go back to the same store it shows in stock. This creates a really bad user experience and a lot of times I end up buying something which I didn't want in the first place. This problem doesn't happen in other apps.
