I used this app for a flight in May 2022 and it worked fine. That's not to say good, it wasn't good; it was tough to use and user hostile, but once I got it sorted, it functioned to get me there. As of August 2022 it's basically nonfunctional. This app legitimately seems like an Andy Kaufman-esque joke that only the developers get. All functionality is gone and has been replaced with vague directions seemingly designed specifically to have to reread them over and over. Thanks a bunch.

I agree with previous reviews that this is really just a waste of time. I actually had no problems with using it - adding test results etc - and the verification came back quicker than I expected. But so what if it has no purpose? BA still won't let me check in online, saying they don't have our COVID documentation. So I have spent an hour or so to achieve precisely nothing. There is literally no way the airlines should make checking in dependent on this shoddy experience.
