I was invited to use this via the Alaska Airlines app. I went through all the steps for everyone in my travel party, and then none of it worked and we had to do it in person at the airport. The person checking passports expressed annoyance this app even existed, because many other travelers had the same experience.

Seems like a good idea in practice, terrible way it's been setup. Was able to add my passport and create my profile (that took way too long to do), yet when I go to share the information I get a screen that gives me a large checkmark and a msg that says something like "Mobile verify requested". Then nothing went though on the AK Airlines side of things.
