Had this app for years. Loved it although occasionally would have glitches but it would fix itself within a day or so. Since November, I inputted my rents and then all of a sudden they disappeared along with the app dropping half of my leased properties. Messaged a few times without help or it being fixed. Not reliable anymore. Installed update... still doesn't work on Samsung 22 No help from developers
