Overall app is not that bad, i like there are advertisements banners above which doesn't spoil experience. Rent reminder tab could have been better. You have to go inside alerts and then click late tenants and then on tenant name. You could add Rent dues on homescreen tab itself.

They will put a lot of work into it to make it simple and easy but they have no spreadsheets to compare the expenses versus the income. Which makes this useless. I love the fact that you can put weekly and monthly and daily rentals in there cuz a lot of in order to do that today. If I had a better spreadsheet it'd be worth buying.
