I have 7 banking apps on my phone including this one. Worst of the lot. Majority of the time it's ok, but some occasions it takes 7 or 8 attempts to log in, gets stuck at "Establishing secure connection" page for ages. NONE of the other apps have this issue. Fortunately not my main bank and glad it's not too.

Often fails to open, getting stuck on establishing secure convection normally when I really need to get my debit card details or move my money. Very frustrating experience, and as soon as the £25 is paid to me this month, I'll be moving all my money out into another more reliable bank. The app also lacks many features offered by other banks.
