Useless app. Has none of the functionality of other banking apps and this hasn't changed in years. If you want to do anything beyond check balance or existing payees you have to wait forever for customer service or log in via the appallingly clunky website. Now it doesn't even allow fingerprint log in - just says not available. Edited to add: firstly feedback doesn't seem to work, and why are only last 30days transactions available and no statements?

I switched to coop business due to having issues with tsb. But what a mistake, the app doesn't support payment approvals so I can't access it with more than one users. Absolutely ridiculous and poor. The web interface is very primative and basic with very little functionality. The customer service can't really do anything. The HID approve app is very frustrating and clunky and often gets delinked and coop can't seem to easily reset it. I will be looking for another bank to switch to again.
