| 2025-01-27 |  | | Useless app, didn't work after downloading. Made sure tv and phone were connected to the same wifi. After uninstalling and installing managed to pair once. Afterwards, unpairs by itself and can no longer connect. I want a full refund. |
| 2025-01-25 |  | | had a difficult time getting started. However, that was my fault as I have 2 internet systems and had the wrong one connected to my phone. oncevi figured that out, bang!! Away we go! I love it! easy peasy! I May purchase a new phone soon, so hopefully, I will be able to switch this software to my new phone. I purchased the complete package [not the yearly option], and my TV was costly LG, so I'm pretty sure they will have o problem allowing this. Thank you 😊 |

But I took the plunge after other apps were just lacking features, buggy, ad ridden and/or generally worse to use. I paid the $29.99 for unlimited access for life and am glad I did. Well worth the $30! 🙏🏻 |

Don't waste your time paying for thus app. Installed & paid for the upgrade and worked great to begin with. After a day it wouldn't connect to our TV and kept giving an error. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now it can't even find my TV. Very disappointed and would like a refund. |

The app constantly disconnects from the TV even though I just used the app 10 seconds ago and half the time it doesn't work when it is connected. For the price of almost $40 I expected so much more. |
