Useless app, didn't work after downloading. Made sure tv and phone were connected to the same wifi. After uninstalling and installing managed to pair once. Afterwards, unpairs by itself and can no longer connect. I want a full refund.

had a difficult time getting started. However, that was my fault as I have 2 internet systems and had the wrong one connected to my phone. oncevi figured that out, bang!! Away we go! I love it! easy peasy! I May purchase a new phone soon, so hopefully, I will be able to switch this software to my new phone. I purchased the complete package [not the yearly option], and my TV was costly LG, so I'm pretty sure they will have o problem allowing this. Thank you 😊
