I called sometimes twice a week with phone outages or issues. They would say something changed on their end and they don't know why. I decided having phones that did not work was not acceptable for a business. |

The app has to have focus when using the voice feature otherwise the audio cuts out. I swear when I first installed, it worked more like the native phone app. |
