Clarity Office Anywhere

Does not work well on Android. Doesn't ring like a regular call. It just lights up the screen. If I'm not paying attention, I miss the call. The app has to have focus when using the voice feature otherwise the audio cuts out. You can set it to ring your cell number, but then you lose features. For example, you can't transfer to a different extension. On most updates, it loses or overwrites all your settings. You need to constantly update the settings. Very frustrating.

Have to close the app and reopen every time I want to do something, still only works part of the time! No easy access to tech support through the app. Most of the time my phone never rings when someone calls. Very unreliable!
