An app searching for a reason to exist and drive prices up. Hate that I have to use this to get complete functionality and run a cleaning cycle. Don't send me whiny notifications that "it's been a while." Negative added value. No more "smart" Bosch appliances for me. Update: still getting useless notifications that I should use the app more.

App is connected to both a Thermador oven and a Bosch dishwasher. After failing to work first time, both appliances connected the on the 2nd attempt and have remained connected and worked without issue so far. I have no use for controlling an oven with an app. The dishwasher relies too much on the app. It has so many settings that are otherwise inaccessible without it. I just wish Bosch would add a semi permanent signal that washing is complete. I never know if it was turned on or not.
