Attempt to add air heat pump always failed. It makes sound router shows device is connected but app shows pairing failed. The worst app

Poor functionality and frustrating application. On one tab, "Something is wrong with your devices", another states that" Everything is ok with your devices" even if devices are not reachable. Poor functionality much like BOSCH series 5000. Can not time program, it gives errors but no error reason explained. Useless. Go with DAIKIN or even GREE.
