Update 11/26/2024: THIS APP IS THE WORST! Now the app locked me out. This is my mother's account (I'm also on the account). I use it to make sure my mother has enough money to live. What is the use of a biometric login if I have to put in my password every other time? The last time I went to put in my password, it wouldn't take it. It forced me to make a new password. Then it wouldn't take the new one. I'm now locked out of my mother's lifeline. I'm going to tell my mother to close this account!

Easy to open my account, helped me pick an account that fits my needs. Service was in a timely manner and the employees we all great, patient with me, answered my questions. All so kind and friendly and let me know my money is safe. Thank you Banterra I can rest easy that I am insafe hands.
