we have been with Peoples Bank for over 30 years, including 3 mortgages, HELOC, and multiple accounts. They have deteriorated greatly in their service area. No longer can you speak to someone at the actual bank facility. The first tier associates are answering all calls and are unable to answer questions or initiate requests. They pass your information to the bank, and it's at least a week before you get a response. This forced us to reach out to another bank for assistance.

I used to like the app but not so much anymore. It is so buggy and slow. I'm only able to sign in about 50% of the time. The other half of the time, it won't load to sign in and often says they're doing maintenance. Yet I don't see any improvement!

This app used to work, but now I'm having problems with logging in. I get an error message saying that the app is having trouble logging me in, even though Customer Service fixed the issue TWO DAYS AGO!! Zelle is also having issues too; it won't send a verification code to my phone number. If People's Bank supports Zelle, then why can't I use it? Customer Service can only do so much, I need this to get fixed

I have used this app more or less trouble free since it's release but something is broken with the updated version. Fingerprint log in does not work, and the paste function is disabled for the password field. This is extremely frustrating when using a password manager.

These apps are horrible! Want to check your balance real quick?? We need to force an update down your throat first!!! It broke the entire app too!!! Couldnt even use it because of "debug mode". Good job geniuses, you made the app break completely!!!

Fingerprint unlock no longer works. I've un-installed the app and reinstalled. Continuously prompted to set up finger print at logon. I do so and it doesn't save as I'm prompted the same at next logon. Moved to 1 star as this is extremely inconvenient.

What is up with the fingerprint login? Since the last fix for the immediate closing of the app, I've been able to login manually. The fingerprint login worked for a bit, but now it tells me I've entered an invalid user ID or password. I'm using a Pixel 7a Android version 14. Update as of Feb 22... fingerprint still not working 😞

The app was working great until I did the system update on my Pixel 8 Pro. I'm on Android 14 security update December 5th. Now the app opens and then closes a few seconds later. A update for the app is now available that fixes my previous issue and it's working again. Thank you for quickly resolving the issue.

This app is horrible. Every time I try to use it, there is a problem. I have to try multiple times to make a mobile deposit. It's not a surprise, PeoplesBank is not what is used to be! I personally know people that are opening accounts at other banks, or Credit Unions. This is not the PeoplesBank that it was years ago...
