| 2024-12-29 |  | | we have been with Peoples Bank for over 30 years, including 3 mortgages, HELOC, and multiple accounts. They have deteriorated greatly in their service area. No longer can you speak to someone at the actual bank facility. The first tier associates are answering all calls and are unable to answer questions or initiate requests. They pass your information to the bank, and it's at least a week before you get a response. This forced us to reach out to another bank for assistance. |

| 2024-08-26 |  | | I have used this app more or less trouble free since it's release but something is broken with the updated version. Fingerprint log in does not work, and the paste function is disabled for the password field. This is extremely frustrating when using a password manager. |

The fingerprint login worked for a bit, but now it tells me I've entered an invalid user ID or password. I'm using a Pixel 7a Android version 14. A update for the app is now available that fixes my previous issue and it's working again. Thank you for quickly resolving the issue. |

It's not a surprise, PeoplesBank is not what is used to be! I personally know people that are opening accounts at other banks, or Credit Unions. This is not the PeoplesBank that it was years ago... |
