| 2025-01-21 |  |  | I have used undoc a few times, and it has been great. I used it on the 20/01 to get a new prescription. I completed the consultation, and the doctor said he was going to message me my new prescription, but I have not received my new prescription. I have contacted them and only get automated responses that get closed out immediately. Customer service is terrible |
| 2025-01-06 |  | | Ridiculous wait times. I've been waiting over two weeks for a doctor to review my simple request for a medical certificate. I've emailed updoc last week and been given the excuse that the doctor is "Under the pump". STILL NO UPDATES. I'm very close to reporting this to AHPRA if it is not resolved soon! |

Won't let me do my rural address, it gives me major towns. No options to put it in manually. This annoys me. Like it's a good service but lousy when it comes to giving, the right, normal information. It's so wrong |

| 2025-01-03 |  | | This is a scam they take your money but no consultation is provided when asked about what is going on they have an template message saying they will get to you when your doctor is available, after upgrading the 10 dollars for a faster teleheath this dose nothing but take extre money from you... For context I paid for a teleconsult 2 days ago and have not received and call or indication of a time I will be seen Worst service ever go to you local doctors and don't accept this rubbish |

| 2025-01-01 |  | | It works as advertised, i can speak to a registered GP over the phone and receive scripts and med certs when needed. It is a paid service, but way more affordable then any GP i've been to in person (as of 2024/2025) If you hate going to a GP and having to wait a round all day, I'd highly recommend giving Updoc a try. Only negatives are app is a little jank, when prompted to check status, it brings me to this page on the app store, instead of taking me to the correct place in app. |
