Updoc - Same-day Healthcare

Ridiculous wait times. I've been waiting over two weeks for a doctor to review my simple request for a medical certificate. I've emailed updoc last week and been given the excuse that the doctor is "Under the pump". STILL NO UPDATES. I'm very close to reporting this to AHPRA if it is not resolved soon!

It sends me a list of questions about health. I answer all the Astrid but it won't let me go to the next page. And the address done by google. Won't let me do my rural address, it gives me major towns. No options to put it in manually. This annoys me. Like it's a good service but lousy when it comes to giving, the right, normal information. It's so wrong
