Update: the app is useless now. I can't lock or unlock the door. It shows Connecting all the time. Only when I open the door manually, it will show the correct status and after closing the door a few seconds, it shows Connecting again. If I want to open it from the app, I can't. Previous comment: The app doesn't show the correct status when the lock is auto locked. The Activity shows auto locked but the status shows Closed Unlocked

Horrible user experience. The app is slow and buggy. We have tested it on two different devices incl iphone 14 and an android device. Edit after one year of use: 1) The smart lock works only 50% of the time. 2) It tries to open the door when I’m in the parking lot on the -2 floor, fails, and then does nothing when I’m actually at the door. 3) It automatically unlocks the door when I’m inside the house if I toggle Bluetooth on and off, which is scary. This is a horrible product.
