The cameras are crystal clear but now they don't upload to Dropbox. Also reviewing past recording us hit and miss. Most times the app suggests there is nothing to view but there should be, even using WiFi. On the very odd occasion the app retrieves old recordings. The app is the letdown... shame

I had the same camera for 4yrs and unfortunately broke. I then bought 2 more and now they will not connect to the wifi it stops at 30%. I can connect via a lan cable but not wifi and I need the camera in an area where I'm gonna need an unsightly lan cable. What is the purpose of wifi if it cannot connect. I have reached out to Yale UK. I am based in South Africa as there is no technical support in SA. Why sell the product here then??. The firmware on camera and app needs an upgrade.
