2025-01-18	Andrei Lenitskj	One of the worst application that I am forced to install to manage my router configuration by a fraud company. Besides some fancy colors, this application is complete garbage. It doesn't even give you access to most of the features of a router, at best you can only blacklist devices that doesn't even show up in blacklisted list. Fraud company, fraud and incompetent developers scamming non-technical customer base.

2024-12-15	Sharada Sharma	We have been using Vanet for about five years but now its service has become terrible. For the past two months we have not used the internet for more than fifteen days as there have been problems with the network. We keep calling them about the problem but they do not come for maintenance for four to five days. since Friday there is no internet and Now it's been three days but there is still no response from their side.

2024-09-21	Sushil Tharu	Ever week we have to face internet error for 3 to 4 hour and I have been facing internet error / can't provide internet since 48 hours and they haven't even trying to solve this issue even if we ask them why haven't this solve yet they will say sir we have very few members or it's raining today that why we can't solve today and if we don't pay money on time they will cut our internet connection,they wouldn't even gives us few extra day.now we are facing internet error since September 20 upto now

2024-08-11	Anjuli Rana	Giving one star for recent bug in app. It was good before but recently it's not working correctly, I can't even see connected user and other settings as well.
2024-07-28	Durgesh Shrestha	Vianet is a terrible service provider. Despite promising one month of free internet for both referrer and referee, they don't add it to the subscription and fail to notify users, leading me to miss out. Additionally, after returning their router, they delayed our Rs. 1000 refund, giving multiple excuses and failing to meet their initial 1-2 day promise. Unlike other providers who issue refunds on the spot, Vianet's process is frustratingly complicated. Avoid wasting your time & money with them.
