After putting my phone number and pin, I am asked to choose a verification method. Meanwhile, the only verification method available is security questions. It's so frustrating that when you get a new phone, uninstall the app, reinstall the app, you need to go to the bank and spend a minimum of an hour just to set up. Ecobank, please up your game. My only problem is with the help section(Rafiki) the moment you go back from there, the chat automatically clears. Sometimes an agent would require information that I'd need to go back to check, for instance, the CID of a virtual card. It'd be nice if the chat could still be open after you go back together et these details. | ||

Chatbot never solves my problem and can't seem to link me to an agent after very long waits. App cannot be relied on in an emergency, especially for large transactions. OTP comes hours after I have given up on whatever online payment I'm trying to make. In fact, the only thing that the app can be trusted for is to check my balance or to print a receipt; and even that is kind of iffy. | ||
2025-01-08 | First of all , why all of a sudden is the app asking for password before opening I don't mind it asking though,but the process is very slow and that's a lot since the app overall is already slow. atleast include using biometrics alternatively to speed things up. As a user you guys User interface is NOT pleasing at all , improvements need to be made on that and the customer support on the app needs improvement please!!! Please hire a UI/UX designer to improve the apps interface. | ||
2025-01-06 | I should have given it 5 but because of some reasons. 1. If you change phone you can't activate the app on the phone you have to go to the bank for reactivation. 2. I don't know the meaning of the Security questions, it's not needful if it can be changed and help. |
