If you would fix the speed issues would be awsome. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't slow. Your ratings sux btw... It want ley me combine a group in a group... Please fix this or I'm going to cancel my music unlimited and my Amazon prime. Fix the damn app... |

I have a routine called " I'm up". 2 mornings in a row instead of turning on 2 plugs that control lamps, she has asked me "which device" and then told me "that device doesn't support that." When I try to look at the history to see what she heard, there is no history for that time. It's like that interaction never happened. She responds when I am on the phone with support or a wake word comes from the tv. |

You have to give so much personal info, location info, annoying notifications, and it still can't work the way it's supposed to... Everything there's an update, old bugs reappear, one of the most poorly coded Apps from a Magnificent 7. |

For example, if I have the music set to play 30 minutes it might do it a few times and then next time 5 minutes and then shut off. |

I would prefer audible honestly because atleast then I could listen to a full book without issues. I have never had an app give me nearly as many issues as this does. | 2025-01-13 |  | | It is too buggy. Probably 80% of the time when I try to create/edit a custom routine, the keyboard shows & then dissappears. It's 2025, why aren't there better logic options for routines, i.e. "If this &/or this, then that", specifically when there are multiple motion sensors. "if this sensor, or this sensor, or this sensor sees motion, then lights on. Else lights off after 20 minutes." (quick and dirty example) Plus the skills... Are an absolute joke. Just read the reviews. Honeywell.... |

I can't hook up new echos since moving, and the ones I had already managed to setup keep saying unresponsive in the app even after completing setup. I have to keep setting them up over and over. This is getting ridiculous. The app used to be so user-friendly. Now, it's hard to manage the various devices and find settings for all when the internet does go down. Frustrating for the amount we've spent on our system. |

When attempting to set up a routine, selecting "voice" as the action and attempting to type something into the input field the keyboard initially pops up when you tap the input field but then disappears. There is no way to set up a routine that requires text input until they fix this mess. |

Also, should have a customizable home screen or dashboard. I only use it for the thermostat so I really don't want the other stuff on there in the way. Other than that it does work as mentioned. |
