Amazon. You need to fix your isues. It is horrible slow. I love my Alexas and the sound. I update every few years and I love the hd music. Sounds amazing but it is slow. If you would fix the speed issues would be awsome. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't slow. Your ratings sux btw... It want ley me combine a group in a group... Please fix this or I'm going to cancel my music unlimited and my Amazon prime. Fix the damn app...

She's getting less responsive. I have a routine called " I'm up". 2 mornings in a row instead of turning on 2 plugs that control lamps, she has asked me "which device" and then told me "that device doesn't support that." When I try to look at the history to see what she heard, there is no history for that time. It's like that interaction never happened. She responds when I am on the phone with support or a wake word comes from the tv.
