It was working fine then suddenly, after accepting my fingerprint to login, nothing on the interface responds to touch. When I try using the password then it freezes.I've updated , reinstalled but same issue. I use an android.

The app is very difficult to sign in after try for a month. It should be easy for every person using smart phone to acesss. It as though only people with iphone and only latest version of anderiod can only use the app and is very bad. It should pls be work on since anderiod phones are very common.
