So useless and shameful! It has blocked my pin and locked my NSS allowance. I went to the GCB for rectification; they don't even have any idea about how it operates. When I called the toll free line too, no proper response. Inefficiency everywhere. I will legally take you on. Get ready.

It's a very useless app, it took me such a long time to be able to login successfully. But after transferring an amount from my bank account into it I can't retrieve the money anymore . I can't send from GPay to bank, momo, or other GPay... My money is locked up there. The customer care number isn't responding too. Nothing associated with GH works, shameful.
