| 2025-01-25 |  | | I like the app but it's not as quick as it can be i have the s23ultra along with fastest Internet in the area I find sometime it's not responsive, Adt should also add a whatsapp service to quickly contact an adt admin /engineer just to drop an easy message instead of phoning just to say I have and issue or about upgrades it should be more integrated with the app, also 4k camera is much needed although this is not the app and it's functions Overall happy |
| 2025-01-21 |  | | My 2nd review today. A very relaxed and helpful engineer has corrected some of my misunderstandings (misinformation actually) about arming and unarming the system. He and I firmly agree that basic use of the system should be explained on one side of A4 paper with diagrams. Incidentally, the menu system here is very unclear, and it should be possible to edit spellings to UK usage. |

I'm unable to stream live feed from my door bell camera however this function works on iPhone ( I have very good internet connection and have uninstalled and reinstalled the app) generally as a domestic user of adt I'm pretty disappointed by the whole thing |
