2024-12-29 | Something terribly wrong! I did all stuff to work the app mission.. Then am able to even generate that 4 no codes! YET CAN NOT ACTIVATE BY SOFT TOKEN IN CIB BANKING APP! I have to be on the otp app to regenerate the activation code.. back to cib app.. boom! It just does NOT work! I don't know what to do! | ||

Activation is a nightmare, tip: when the cust service gent asks you to delete the app after deleting the cash and data don't delete it otherwise you will never be able to reactivate it and you will keep getting an error that the serial number is already activated. Had to ring cust service 7 times from abroad for someone to finally advise not to delete the app after clearing the cash and data. Other thing don't copy and paste the otp or the verification code you should handwrite it. | ||
