Opening the app shows me a button that states 'find shops nearby'. When I click on the button my keyboard opens, but typing does nothing. There isn't a field to type into. 3rd time opening finally gave me a field to enter info. 4th time opening, back to the non-working 'find shops nearby'. I looked through the reviews for the app and see that all of the high star reviews have comments about the coffee shop they visited, not the app. Uninstalling.

Though I applaud the methodology of the Joe platform, the app needs some serious work! Favorite items don't save customizations, resulting in a standard, unsweetened coffee at my local place. I tip cash, outside the app, after I receive my order. The app requires I set the tip to zero every time. Also, the app tends to freeze lately, or appears to freeze, when opening it. Maybe a way to decline reviewing every single order would be nice too.

You have to preload credit to the app in minimum increments of $10, so you will always carry some residual unused amount. I requested a refund of the remaining balance and never received it (it's supposed to be issued to the credit card on file). Yet my balance on the app is showing $0. Customer service has been slow and after several follow ups over the weeks they are finally investigating. Don't use; you'll end up losing money that you could have went to tip your barista.

APP does not function. After install you get a black screen so you have no way to enter verification code. ******Edit. After second attempt at reinstalling this app, the black screen is continuous.....will notify my favorite coffee shop to see if there is a different app that they can use in order to keep my business as I will only purchase coffee from a business which has a functional rewards program.

doesn't work very well - app is super slow, every time you click a selection there's at least a 1 second delay before it goes to the next screen. Even worse though is it doesn't give you any indication you pressed something, so you have no idea if it's loading or you have to press again or if the app has crashed.

The app freezes if you change apps for a second. So you're forced to close out. I keep getting errors stating certain things are unavailable when I try to re-order them. So I have to put in the special Instructions all over again, every single time. I added my bank just so I could put 10$ on at a time and that too gives me errors and I still cannot add 10$. It makes ordering coffee easy but it still has a lot of bugs.

The application is not in the stage to use even as a beta version. It freezed 3 times on different pages. Once with a while blank screen, another time with overlapping message that app server is not responding. Every time I had to reinstall it in order to navigate to a new page. And search by coffeeshop's name doesn't work. The app lacks a basic relaibility.

Edit: login issue fixed. The app works well enough, and it does provide a way to easily see local coffee shops and their menus, but I'm still only giving 3 stars because the price of the total cost of an order comes out to far higher than if you just order on location. Also, several locations don't get alerted when a sale comes in through Joe's and then the order just gets automatically refunded in about 10 minutes. So, not really useful for ordering at a myriad of coffee shops.

You save money by linking and using your bank account for payment. BUT since it won't let link my account its pointless! (At least for me, screen magnifies like 200% at the bank login screen, It doesn't allow to be shrunk to normal size & login??!) Also app sends notifications of deals BUT at time of order those are for new customers only?! Yes, BS.

Thanks for bringing back order again. And dollar value tips! The new update made it more complicated to use. I can't simply reorder what I ordered last time. Bring back the order again feature please. And tipping in $ amount instead of %. For coffee I tip a dollar or two, not some percent. It's also better for the barista. I miss the old rewards feature. It felt like getting a prize. Now I have to do complex maths and decide when and how much reward to use. Feels like work now.
