2025-01-25 | Please help the mobility community by firing your entire app development team. This is the slowest, most buggy app I’ve ever used. Startup time is ridiculously long, open in a car takes hours, and it logs you out for no reason—even during a reservation! Despite numerous redesigns, the layout and functionality remain counterintuitive. Finding something as important as a parking spot address is unnecessarily difficult. Like many mediocre apps, it looks nice but simply doesn’t work. | ||

2024-08-24 | Mostly I am happy with Mobility. However, I did recently reserve a car an hour away by train in Monthey on August 24 which was not present when we arrived at the train station. After talking with a Mobility representative, we learned that the car was in service and that someone had forgotten to update the App's database to reflect this. The Mobility representative was understanding and offered to pay for a taxi, but this was not possible for us. I was a bit disappointed by this experience. |
