Please help the mobility community by firing your entire app development team. This is the slowest, most buggy app I’ve ever used. Startup time is ridiculously long, open in a car takes hours, and it logs you out for no reason—even during a reservation! Despite numerous redesigns, the layout and functionality remain counterintuitive. Finding something as important as a parking spot address is unnecessarily difficult. Like many mediocre apps, it looks nice but simply doesn’t work.
