Edit - still a garbage app. Takes forever to fill in the information for a claim, and then at the end says "oops something went wrSince the redesign medavie blue cross is the most unfriendly insurance provider, making submitting a claim incredibly unnecessary lengthy. It never remembers the provider or my secondary insurance information. Other insurance providers do this, why must we enter it every time. It's infuriating. It's like they want to make it as difficult as possible to submit a claim.

Felicia, 2025-02-04App is barely user friendly. If you've used a practitioner already, they should be on your list for the next claim instead of having to search for it and still not be there. And super slow just like the website. Just a way to delay the process.
