Pros

The app used to work beautifully with biometrics for login and viewing claims quickly.
The new interface is easy to navigate and provides many great features.
When functioning correctly, it helps keep track of plan benefits.

Cons

App frequently crashes during login attempts or when resetting passwords.
Authentication issues—users are repeatedly prompted to authenticate without gaining access.
The app does not display correct information regarding coinsurance and recent claims.

Recent reviews

The app doesn't even show the correct percentages for my coinsurance or my more recent claims. I would suggest just keeping an Excel sheet and calling/faxing to update your information due to its unreliability.

I can not get into the app. I created my account and everything. It just keeps making me authenticate over and over and over again never getting in the app.
