| 2024-12-26 |  |  | I have to restart my phone every time I need to use the app or else the buttons don't work. Also sometimes the buttons just stop working halfway through using the app even after restarting my phone. It took four restarts just to check something today. |

| 2024-11-22 |  | | Instructions to download, and log in are totally confusing. It's very user unfriendly. I don't want to do a video of myself, but did one anyway. Was rejected. I don't want to use biometrics. The website says I can only register on-line, or I can make a "special" trip to a Service BC Centre to get this token .... if there's a centr in your area. I very much doubt you can be helped over the phone. For this time only, Health Gateway will be deleted, reinstalled and I'll make a trip to Service BC. |
| 2024-11-13 |  | | I can't believe they wasted so much money on this instead of using the Cerner (Oracle) app that could have been rolled out with the rest of the Cerner suite they bought 5 years ago. This app reroutes to the Health Gateway webpage and consequently requires 12 separate interactions in quick succession (using biometric login) in order to reach the health records page. Simply using the webpage requires 6. Whoever was in charge of UX should have been fired but I bet they got paid $1M instead |

| 2024-09-30 |  | | Absolutely TERRIBLE. I am trying to set up the app to see the results of my recent blood tests and it is forcing me to use biometrics to login! I refuse to put my fingerprint into a phone and I refuse to use a screen lock because I tried it once before and I kept forgetting the pattern. I am perfectly capable of protecting my phone and data, and the last thing I need is another step to open my phone. Nice try government, you aren't going to get my fingerprint. Deleting the useless app now. |

| 2024-08-08 |  | | I don't know what happened to the app, but it is completely non-responsive after the last update. When i opened the app, i couldn't sign in with biometrics. None of the buttons responded to touch. I just uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, and again, it's completely non-responsive. I hope this gets fixed asap. |

| 2024-06-27 |  | | Negative stars! First tried this on my android tablet and it does not work, then my android phone, and got as far as enter a security code except there is nowhere to enter it! Then an error and timeout message. Completely frustrating! Waste of my time, you must do better, who can use this? Uninstall. |
