I have to restart my phone every time I need to use the app or else the buttons don't work. Also sometimes the buttons just stop working halfway through using the app even after restarting my phone. It took four restarts just to check something today.

Rose, 2024-12-26Instructions to download, and log in are totally confusing. It's very user unfriendly. I don't want to do a video of myself, but did one anyway. Was rejected. I don't want to use biometrics. The website says I can only register on-line, or I can make a "special" trip to a Service BC Centre to get this token .... if there's a centr in your area. I very much doubt you can be helped over the phone. For this time only, Health Gateway will be deleted, reinstalled and I'll make a trip to Service BC.
