2024-12-20	Jake Smethurst	Terrible experience. Had to cancel and replace my card, but can't even access the cards tab via the app to activate. The app just crashes. Have tried to uninstall and reinstall, no difference. This seems like an ongoing issue for weeks and ME totally silent about the issue.
2024-11-26	TIM Lordan	Worst banking app I've encountered. Terrible design, layout and functionality...and just crashes constantly. They're migrating customers to their new app "ME Go" (which is actually better) but it's a gradual migration. I have the new app for my spending account, but can't have my home loan info in the Go app yet. Completion of this process can't come fast enough. At the moment I can't even get into the old app, it just freezes (not the fault of my phone, which is a brand new Pixel 9 Pro).
2024-11-21	Zac King	One of the worst bank in Australia, there is no customer service application still lax basic futures. This bank is still operate light 2000 no innovation. Nothing I have made an apple payment. But it says it will be going too. Go to sender. In 3 days, are you serious?What kind of blunder is this?I'm closing my bank
2024-11-13	Arjun Nepal	Why would such a big bank have such a horrible app. App barely loads. Gets stuck on logo screen at start half of thr time. App looks ugly and not user-friendly to use. App also lacks tons of features. Out of 200 aps on my phone, this is the worst one. App seems to be the work of an 15 year old child apprentice.

2024-06-21	G W	Attempting to pay insurance bill via BPay via app. Because I use the same insurer the biller is there but only one reference number is visible. I attempted to change this, going so far as to even deleting the biller so I can add it all from scratch,and the app won't let me input this biller/code, saying that it already exists. Except, I can't see it to select and pay, so, it does not exist! Very bloody annoying. Not really acceptable with a banking app in this day and age. Do better.
2023-01-01	SET SET	I really liked the old ME Bank app! Everything was clear, easy to read and logical to use. The new app is harder to read with a small, fixed font size; the layout is poor and more difficult to use. I've been a ME Bank customer for almost 25 years but this is definitely a step backwards ME Bank! Quite a disappointment.
2021-10-16	Irene Forsyte	Trouble logging in. Then once in, it can drop out so I have to log in again. The balance preview might work once out of five times, then stopped working altogether. Then told me I could have Balance Preview! Rang ME, spoke with Tech, uninstalled, reinstalled, sane issues again. And once again, offering me Balance Preview, when I had already set it up. Have now again uninstalled, and will reinstall, but have no confidence, and just know I shall be calling ME about this again. Not good enough!
2021-07-23	James Montgomery	The default view wastes half the screen with empty space and a small ME logo, requiring the user to scroll the list of accounts into view. Why? The fields for entering details for transfers and the like are in the 'modern' style with no surrounding border, making it much harder to identify them add fields to be edited. Overall this version is poorer then the last major update, but if you're with ME you've got no choice.
