Terrible experience. Had to cancel and replace my card, but can't even access the cards tab via the app to activate. The app just crashes. Have tried to uninstall and reinstall, no difference. This seems like an ongoing issue for weeks and ME totally silent about the issue.

Worst banking app I've encountered. Terrible design, layout and functionality...and just crashes constantly. They're migrating customers to their new app "ME Go" (which is actually better) but it's a gradual migration. I have the new app for my spending account, but can't have my home loan info in the Go app yet. Completion of this process can't come fast enough. At the moment I can't even get into the old app, it just freezes (not the fault of my phone, which is a brand new Pixel 9 Pro).
