This app has helped me so much. Not only with OCD, but also with anxiety and depression. It also helped me see that I have other struggles and how I can cope with them. I subscribed to the full version and am very glad I did. The app is simple but effective. I really appreciate the app and the developers behind it.

It was cute the first few days. It's nice to think of some positive thoughts here and there. I would NOT use this in place of actual therapy for ocd; ERP is significantly more effective. It really doesn't taylor the content all that much either, and It gets repetitive quickly. BEWARE: they say they will send a reminder email before your free trial ends...that is a lie. I've seen others comment with the same issue. I had to request a refund through google. Quite the hassle for an expensive app.
